Wing Chun Self Defence has been teaching Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Tai Chi and meditation to young people and adults across London. Our martial Arts programme helps to improve mental and physical health.
There are multiple benefits that can be gained from becoming more active, as well as getting fitter. Members of Wing Chun Self Defence will also develop a set of martial art skills suitable for street Self Defence.
Our vision is to improve the health and wellbeing of the community. We provide classes suitable for adults and young children (age 5+); we are a friendly and relaxed club where you can begin your own journey to discover a range of Martial Arts disciplines such as Wing Chun Kung Fu and street survival techniques. We aim to create opportunities that will change lives through inspiring residents to take part, motivating them to keep going and facilitating opportunities for various achievements.
Wing Chun Self Defence school is based in East London (Haggerston – Dalston in Hackney Borough). Our different programmes will enable you to learn Street Self Defence through the study of Wing Chun Kung Fu whilst durably improving your health with our Chi Kung and Tai Chi practices.
