Wing Chun Self Defence provide an effective Self Defence course/workshop for women to help you get fitter,  and feel safe or just have a bit of fun?

Our Self Defence workshops/course for women only (15+): It is a perfect fit for your busy schedules to discover Wing Chun & boost your self-confidence in a safe and relaxed environment!

Wing Chun is a traditional style of Kung Fu created by a woman to defend yourself against stronger/ bigger attackers with simultaneous blocking and punching.

Learning Self Defence will help to improve your fitness, stress management and self-confidence.

Our course/workshop is suitable for beginners without any martial arts experience and does not require you to sign up for the classes. So, take up the challenge, bring a friend and learn Self Defence!
